Overview
The Home Admissions Advisor will manage the sales and marketing processes of the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales and marketing processes of the home and ensure the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department
- Meet and exceed budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue
- Work within a team and closely with the General Manager
- Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
- Communicate effectively and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills
