Overview

The Home Admissions Advisor will manage the sales and marketing processes of the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and marketing processes of the home and ensure the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department
• Meet and exceed budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue
• Work within a team and closely with the General Manager
• Be decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
• Communicate effectively and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills
