Role Overview :

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives and architectural standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, structure, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Gather and analyze requirements for data-intensive applications, translating them into user stories and technical specifications.
• Develop process flows, data models, and visual diagrams to support solution design.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into functional requirements.
• Analyze end-to-end application flows, considering all touchpoints for new requirements or changes.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and reuse across platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and collaboration between business and development teams.
• Coordinate testing activities, including defining test plans, defect management, and ensuring solution quality.
• Maintain product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and technical evaluations.
• Support operational excellence and act as tier-2 / 3 support for critical applications.
• Contribute to Agile practices and participate in all activities as defined by the AgileWorkingModel (AWM).
