Management Accountant

As the Management Accountant, your duties and responsibilities include the following :

Develop a deep understanding of the business to support strategic and financial decisions

Identify control gaps and drive process-based improvements

Lead finance projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the Group

Design and document financial control frameworks and processes

Build and maintain financial models for cash flow, operations, and strategic planning

Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent rollout of initiatives

Contribute to liquidity planning through accurate cash flow forecasting

Analyse debtor trends and evaluate financial impact

Support cost reviews and benchmark OPEX across regions

Drive the implementation and optimisation of financial tools and systems

Ensure systems align with strong internal controls and documentation standards

Strengthen post-implementation processes for sustained improvements

Develop dashboards and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights

Create scalable accounting processes for decentralised teams

Lead change by training teams and embedding financial best practices

Skills & Experience :

2-3 years of commercial experience as a management accountant

Qualification : Qualified CIMA
