Key Responsibilities
- Attend to quotes, orders, and sales enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Work closely with internal and external sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist other branches with internal sales functions as needed.
- Maintain proactive communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes to secure business.
- Process orders efficiently, including sourcing products from local suppliers and negotiating prices.
- Monitor back orders and coordinate with Stock and Credit Controllers to resolve issues.
- Manage assigned customer accounts, meeting sales targets and fostering long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate in stock counts, general filing, and other sales-related administrative duties.
