Key Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Manage and maintain the MD's complex calendar, ensuring optimal time management and alignment with strategic priorities. Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes; track follow-ups. Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
Communication Management : Serve as the first point of contact for the MD's office, screening calls, emails, and visitors. Draft, proofread, and edit professional communications on behalf of the MD. Foster effective communication between the MD's office and internal / external stakeholders.
Project Coordination : Support the MD in tracking and monitoring key projects and initiatives. Research and prepare reports or briefs to assist the MD in decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of objectives.
Office Management : Maintain the MD's filing system, ensuring documents are organized and accessible. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with relevant teams for procurement needs. Oversee the preparation of expense reports and manage the MD's budget allocations.
Qualifications and Skills : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is highly preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a multinational or technology-focused organization. Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
