Minimum Requirements :
Professional culinary training essential
Own reliable transport (no public transport available)
Flexible and confident working across all kitchen areas
Presentable, punctual, reliable, and teachable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be available on weekends, public holidays, throughout December (including Christmas Lunch), and for occasional evening functions
