Sales & Marketing Manager | Luxury Travel Agency | Heidelberg

Salary : Negotiable depending on experience

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager for a prestigious luxury travel agency based in Heidelberg . This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead brand growth, drive international sales, and expand the company’s footprint in key markets, particularly in North America.

Your Role & Impact :

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, nurturing key industry relationships, and driving revenue through innovative sales efforts. This is a hands-on, creative role that combines strategic thinking with digital marketing expertise and international trade engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Brand Growth

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and brand visibility

Cultivate and expand relationships with international travel agents, with a focus on the North American luxury market

Represent the brand at local, online, and international trade shows and industry events

Organize and host educational tours, promotional campaigns, and brand collaborations

Serve as the liaison between global agents and internal consultants to ensure seamless client service

Marketing & Content Creation

Design and produce engaging digital content, including social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns

Maintain and update website content to reflect the latest offerings and news

Lead storytelling efforts to enhance brand identity through media outreach and strategic partnerships

Ensure a consistent and elevated brand presence across all platforms

Data & Insights

Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and client demographic data

Maintain up-to-date industry memberships and strengthen brand credibility through professional associations

Manage and update the agency's agent and partner database

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience in a sales and marketing role within the luxury travel or hospitality industry

Strong network within the international luxury travel sector, especially in North America

Experience representing a brand at trade shows and events, both online and in person

Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management and email marketing

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Creative, innovative, and passionate about luxury travel
