Overview
Our Client is seeking an Academy Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Academy, ensuring that all learning programmes are scheduled, compliant with SETA / QCTO requirements, and run efficiently. The role involves programme coordination, learner support, quality assurance, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain programme rollout schedules and delivery calendars
- Allocate and coordinate facilitators, assessors, and moderators
- Oversee learner onboarding, induction, attendance tracking, and support interventions
- Ensure operational compliance with ETQA / QCTO requirements (facilitator credentials, assessment tools, PoE packs, moderation, verification)
- Prepare DG / SETA evidence packs and maintain learner progress trackers
- Engage with facilitators, SETAs, host employers, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain dashboards and provide progress and close‑out reports
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Degree in Training, HR, Project Administration, or Operations (or equivalent)Registered Assessor / Moderator will be an advantage5+ years of experience in training operations or skills development administration in a SETA-accredited environment backed with strong QCTO experienceProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel essential), LMS / SETA portalsValid driver's license preferredApplication & Details
