About our client : Our client is a global investment advisory firm focusing on long‑term value creation through investment strategies. They work with a diverse group of institutional partners and pride themselves on their collaborative, sustainable, inclusive culture and performance.
What you will be doing :
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for IT development teams and collaborate to design and validate effective solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and other sessions to gather requirements and build strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Develop user stories, process flows, and other documentation to guide project execution, ensuring alignment between intent and implementation.
- Assist in preparing business cases and cost‑benefit analyses to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure all solutions meet IT governance and financial regulatory standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors and third‑party providers to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes to ensure successful adoption.
What our client is looking for :
A relevant tertiary degree would be ideal (Business, IT, Finance, etc.)Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI‑PBA are advantageous.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, specifically within finance or a related domain.Experience in private equity, asset management, or financial services is required, with a strong understanding of financial operations and fund structures.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools, and proficiency in requirements‑gathering techniques.Possesses strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to model and document complex business processes.Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of working collaboratively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.A strong understanding of enterprise financial systems, data flows, and accounting principles.Contract Duration :
