Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Logistics / supply chain / warehousing or likely Business.At least 1–2 years in a system super-user, key-user, or system support role.Proven experience in system rollouts, UAT, or training.Unendorsed license & own transport;Ability to travel around Gauteng, South Africa & International;Excellent written & verbal communications skills;Strong interpersonal skills & able to work in a collaborative & team-based environment;Aptitude to multi-task & employ effective problem solving abilities;Preferred BackgroundPrevious experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Controller, or System Super User.Participation in system rollouts, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), or training programs.Knowledge of lean warehousing principles and process automation.Added Advantages

The WMS Key User is responsible for ensuring the effective use, support, and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management System within daily operations. Acting as the link between warehouse operations, IT teams, and management, the Key User ensures smooth system performance, provides end‑user support and training, and participates in system upgrades or process improvement initiatives.
Execution of System Driven Warehouse activities to ensure maximum productivity and work load balancing.
Duties And Responsibilities
System Operations & Support
Serve as the first point of contact for warehouse staff on WMS-related issues.Monitor system performance and ensure transactions are processed correctly.Troubleshoot errors and elevate unresolved issues to the WMS / IT support team.Test new functionalities, upgrades, or patches before deployment. Manage UAT for system updates and changes.Process & Data Management
Ensure accuracy of master data (SKU setup, bin locations, stock attributes).Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock adjustments, and reconciliation.Validate inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse transactions in the system.Report system or process anomalies to management.Training & Knowledge Sharing
Train and guide warehouse staff on WMS processes and best practices.Update and maintain user manuals and process documentation.Act as a subject matter expert during audits and compliance checks.Continuous Improvement
Analyze daily operations for process bottlenecks or system inefficiencies.Suggest improvements in workflows and system usage.Support new project rollouts, WMS implementations, and integrations.Travel & Liaison
Reasonable local and international travel requirement.Liaison with various global IT teams including EDI, IT Solutions, support, Global BCM application engineering.Daily activities include system checks, monitoring inbound / outbound processes, resolving errors, supporting staff, running reports and updating supervisors.DSV – Global transport and logistics
