Junior Sales Manager

Job descriptionMinimum 5 years experience in automotive sales, with at least some exposure to management or team leadership Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example Valid drivers license
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while achieving monthly and annual targets
- Assist in managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to deliver results
- Maintain showroom standards, stock profiling, and vehicle valuations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on promotions, campaigns, and deals
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
