Job Description

• Pre-Sales : Identify customer needs and design tailored Fortinet-based solutions e.g., FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSIEM
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments to showcase Fortinet solutions
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and Bills of Materials (BoMs)
• Provide expert guidance on Fortinet product capabilities, including next-generation firewalls (NGFW), SD-WAN, zero-trust network access (ZTNA), and secure access service edge ( SASE )
• Assist in proposing solutions to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Fortinet solutions
• Provide hands-on technical support for troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning of Fortinet products post-deployment.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training on Fortinet solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure seamless integration of Fortinet products
• Work closely with Fortinets technical support teams and internal resources to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document implementation processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction and repeatability.
• Experience working in a distribution or channel-focused environment.
