Extruder operator

Duties :

• Operate, monitor and adjust food extrusion machines to ensure efficient and consistent production.
• Set up and prepare extrusion lines including temperature, feed rate, and pressure adjustments.
• Ensure raw materials are loaded correctly and in the right quantities.
• Monitor product quality, texture and moisture during the extrusion process.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report any machine faults or irregularities.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
• Keep accurate production and quality control records.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health and safety protocols.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
