IT Support (Telecoms Focus)

Minimum requirements :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent practical work experience and certifications
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk role
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10 / 11 and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
• Solid understanding of TCP / IP networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, routing)
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android) and managing device deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively to prioritize multiple service requests
