The Role
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts with the EMEA region
- Reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule prospect calls, meetings and product demos
- Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments / demos scheduled
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including participating in call jacking sessions and attending meetings that may occur outside of standard working hours, particularly during the onboarding period
