Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and interview top talent across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends and client needs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in an agency environment (essential).Solid track record in full-cycle recruitment and business development.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Target-driven, proactive, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.Experience recruiting in IT, Finance, Engineering, will be an advantage.What We Offer
