Role purpose :
- The core purpose of this role is to foster a high-performing Agile software delivery environment by building self-organising teams, improving the flow of value from concept to delivery, and championing a culture of relentless improvement
- At the same time, the role will extend beyond Agile software delivery to include the adoption of AI across all organisational functions, the optimisation of our innovation processes, Agile practices for non-software teams, and DevOps collaboration processes

Deep knowledge of the Agile Manifesto and its guiding principlesAdhere to and improve the current set of key metricsExpertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, including their practical applicationExcellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skillsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to educate and inspire at all levels of the organisation (from developers to non-technical BUs)A strong servant leadership mindsetStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilitiesSystems Thinking the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)Proficiency with or a strong aptitude for leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., generative AI, copilots) to improve process efficiency, team productivity, and metric analysisQualifications and experience :
A tertiary degree or relevant diploma is advantageousCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II), or equivalent certification is requiredExperience in leading Agile adoption or transformation initiatives across departments is an advantageAgile coaching certification (e.g., ICP-ACC, Certified Agile Coach) is highly advantageousMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for multiple software development teams simultaneouslyProven experience (2+ years) in an Agile Coach or similar capacity, with a clear track record of designing and delivering training and mentoring teams / stakeholdersExperience in a health-tech, fintech, or similarly complex, regulated industry is beneficialExperience working with both co-located and distributed / contractor teamsProficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
