Job descriptionDevelop and oversee detailed event timelines, schedules, and task checklists. Manage all logistical aspects, including venue selection, supplier coordination, and transportation arrangements. Liaise with vendors, clients, and key stakeholders to confirm and finalise event details. Lead on-ground event operations to ensure seamless execution. Identify and resolve any operational challenges in real time. Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements meet required standards. Handle event-related documentation, contracts, and invoice processing. Maintain and update key databases, including supplier and client records. Compile post-event reports to assess performance and identify improvement areas. Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align event objectives and messaging. Support project coordination and ensure clear communication across departments. Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or operations (preferably in conferences or large-scale events). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with project management tools or CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in Portuguese or French will be a strong advantage. Willingness to travel occasionally for events or onsite coordination.
