Start Date : ASAP | Location : Hybrid (Cape Town) | Contract : Permanent | Salary : R25 000 base + on-target commission earnings of R20 000 – R depending on experience.

This is not an entry-level role. We\'re looking for a seasoned, confident closer who thrives on challenge, momentum, and results. You\'ll engage with high-intent leads, guide them through life-changing decisions, and play a direct role in expanding Second Nature\'s global impact.

Every sale you make helps fund sustainable development, education, and conservation initiatives worldwide - meaning your success drives both revenue and real-world change.

What you\'ll be doing

• Converting qualified inbound leads through consultative, high-value conversations.
• Managing your sales pipeline with precision using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Hosting one-on-one consultations and group sessions to inspire potential participants.
• Building authentic relationships with prospects and alumni to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Delivering against ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
• Contributing insights to continuously improve sales strategy and performance.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise conversion opportunities.
