Main Duties include :
SALES - Acquisition of new business and adhoc work in line with sales strategies
Monthly sales revenue targets and performance measures.
Completing daily call reports and Monthly revenue and activity reports.
Develop and manage a viable pipeline in line with revenue targets
Pricing and profitability assessment of new and existing contracts
Contract negotiations and renewals
Tender submissions.
CUSTOMER LIAISON - Managing customer relationships, Resolution of customer complaints. Advice and service to customers on "one stop" service provision and facilitating this process. Understand and manage the clients needs.
Debtors collections
Gathering market and customer data and Feeding future trends back to management.
Criteria :
Sales or Marketing Related Tertiary Qualification
3-5 Years Sales experience Experience in Waste Management Strong experience in compiling and submitting Tenders
Excellent Customer Liaison Skills
Excellent Negotiation, Planning and Organisational Skills
Valid Drivers License.
