We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success leader to take the helm of our global CS function from our strategic hub in South Africa. This is your opportunity to move beyond managing a portfolio and start mentoring the talent, defining the strategy, and shaping the culture that will define our client relationships worldwide.

Summary of Role

As a Customer Success Manager , you are the architect and champion of our client experience. Your role is to help build the strategy, processes, and implement them to ensure our global clients achieve their business outcomes. You and the CS team are to be the key drivers of company growth, retention, and expansion.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

  • Architect the Customer Success Strategy : You will help define and own the entire post‑sale customer journey. You'll create the playbooks, set the KPIs, and implement the processes that enable your team to deliver consistent, high‑impact results.
  • Serve as the Ultimate Client Advocate : Act as a trusted advisor for our most strategic clients, leading key business reviews and serving as the final point of escalation to ensure client health and satisfaction.
  • Drive Strategic Growth and Insights : You will help identify expansion opportunities and consolidate client feedback to provide strategic insights to our Product, Sales, and Executive teams, acting as the definitive voice of the customer.
