Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Deliver training to the shop floorIdentify learning opportunitiesDevelopment and management of ApprenticesFacilitate / Coach / Mentor on VPO and operational training interventions for Level 1 & Level 2 teamsResponsible for the development and updating of training documentation in their respective areasManage the Level 1 SKAP administrative processes including ensuring all personnel records for SKAP are updated and accurateSchedule departmental SKAP assessments and drive adherence to the SKAP assessment planEvaluate the effectiveness of trainingFacilitate the design of foundational practicesFacilitate and assist in the development of SOP'sCoach Team Leaders, PEST and Level 1 teams in the effective application of all VPO practicesCoach level 1 teams on effective problem solving techniques using the appropriate problem solving toolsAssist in the development of Standard Operating ProceduresThe candidate needs to have a background in maintenanceNeeds to have an understanding of skills development, training needs identificationHave an understanding of training budgets and training facilitationFacilitate the transfer of learningResource appropriate training solutionsRecord training dataEvaluate The Effectiveness of TrainingProvide a coaching resource for the Performance and management Process (quantity and quality) for siteMinimum Requirements :
Relevant tertiary qualification and / or formally recognised Training and Development qualificationAdvanced PC Literacy (MS Office)At least 3 years experience in an FMCG Manufacturing environmentExposure to and preferably experience in the training environmentEducation / Teaching Jobs jobs
