New Vehicle Sales Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee and grow the dealership’s new car sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong OEM knowledge and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in new vehicle sales, with at least 1–2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven sales track record with OEM compliance experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Manufacturer-specific training or OEM accreditation (advantageous).
- Strong understanding of dealership processes, sales cycles, and customer engagement strategies.
- Target-driven mindset with proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing, trade-ins, and value-added products.
- Proficient with CRM systems and dealer management software (DMS).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire new vehicle sales process and lead the sales team.Forecast and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain effective relationships with OEMs and finance partners.Oversee new model launches, sales promotions, and showroom display strategies.Ensure full compliance with manufacturer programs, branding, and operational requirements.Set pricing strategies, manage new stock levels, and allocate vehicles effectively.Train, coach, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.Handle escalated customer issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.Ensure showroom presentation aligns with OEM standards.Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report performance metrics to senior management.Application Process
