Bookings Clerk (Automotive)

Our client, a leading and growing motor dealership group in Pinetown, is looking for a dynamic Bookings Clerk to be the first point of contact for customers and a key player in keeping the service department running like clockwork.

As a Bookings Clerk, you will be the bridge between customers and the workshop, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently, queries are handled professionally, and the workshop team has everything they need to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and manage service bookings efficiently
• Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate service records and administrative logs
• Assist with general service department functions and customer queries
• Support workshop operations and ensure adherence to internal standards
