Intercare Sandton Sub-Acute Hospital (Pty) Ltd, situated in Johannesburg, seeks to recruit a Registered Nurse.The purpose of the position is to provide proficient nursing services within the policies and procedures, governing legislation, and good corporate governance to ensure customer satisfaction.Critical OutputsPerform clinical rounds with doctors.Be responsible and accountable for the physical, social, and emotional care of all patients allocated to you on any shift.Conduct hourly patient rounds and ensure that doctor's orders are carried out.Keep the doctor informed of test results, changes in patient conditions, and adverse reactions to treatment.Ensure all patient needs are met by assessing needs, planning, implementing nursing care plans, and evaluating the efficacy of care rendered.Record all interactions and interventions with patients on the appropriate documentation.RequirementsGrade 12SANC Registration as a Registered NurseDiploma / Degree in nursing leading to qualification as a Registered Nurse2-3 years experience as a Registered Nurse (advantageous)If your personal purpose aligns with our purpose and your values fit within our value system, please apply.We encourage diversity of thought, and we welcome people to build and add to our culture.
