Responsibilities
- Loading of customer orders and overseeing these throughout the production process - start to end
- Managing and filtering orders on our database to ensure all information loaded is accurate, and that deadlines are being met
- Continuous customer liaison via telephone and email, updating them on their order status
- Maintain good client relationships
- Deliver on targeted sales strategies
- Close sales and lead customers through the ordering process
- Work closely with design and production planning teams
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Upselling of new products
- Assisting at and being involved with events that the company is affiliated with
- Employee training and upskilling
Required Qualifications
