1. Tasks The MD is responsible for adjusting the Groups strategy to the local market conditions and for implementing the agreed measures accordingly.

These measures should maintain the leading, robust, and profitable market positioning or should lead to such a positioning in the medium or long term.

The MD (m / f) bears overall responsibility for the results of the national company. In this context, he / she is responsible for the implementation of the decisions made together with the parent company with regard to the market, including the monitoring of results and the reporting to Head Office.

He / she uses recognised management methods for strategic corporate development and operative management in a sensible, targeted manner and thus always sets an example within the company.

His / her responsibilities include a wide range of individual tasks, particularly : Managing the national company together with the local management team with the following sub-targets : - Constant optimisation of the structural and operative organisation- Constant improvement of internal processes and the related increase in productivity, as well as its permanent monitoring- Securing / increasing the market share through clearly defined sales and marketing measures- Strengthening of customer orientation- Intensification of the cooperation / communication with key customers, investors, engineering consultants and relevant market players- Exploitation of the potential of direct and indirect sales channels- Increasing the degree of familiarity and the image of the brand 2.

Recruitment, management, motivation and monitoring of the managers under his / her supervision as well as the in-house and field sales forces 3.

Continuous observation of the market and competition; analysis of market potentials, continuous further development of the marketing mix / sales concept 4.

Reporting in compliance with the company''s own reporting system 5. Representation of the company and group in all relevant economic and social events, involvement in relevant associations and institutions 6.

Implementation of and adherence to the compliance regulations of the Group. Products / production Optimisation and further development of the produced and marketed product portfolio with regard to the requirements of the local market and profitability, together with the Product Management of the Group Monitoring and supervision of : the compliance with / attainment of country-specific certificatespermits and laws for the introduction, as a basis for the sale and operation of the products 3.

Support of the Group Production System (TPS) with regard to continuous process optimisation in Production and Administration Further development of production within the scope of the Group strategy and the provision of the necessary investments in order to enable this 2.

Organisational classification The MD (m / f) reports directly to the Regional Management of the parent company in Germany.

At the same time, he / she cooperates with all functional divisions of the Groups GmbH and the subsidiary companies. All current and future managers and employees of the national company report to the MD.

3a. Personal requirements 1. Person of integrity with absolute loyalty and honesty towards his / her employer; possessing good judgement, a strong will to succeed and the distinct ability to think in complex contexts 2.

Decisive person with good implementation and assertiveness skills, high sense of responsibility, strong cooperation and communication skills and visible management qualities 3.

Particular strengths with regard to flexibility, organisational talent and negotiation skills, driven by a high level of performance and commitment and able to work under pressure 4.

Distinct abilities in the management and motivation of employees, visible intercultural understanding 5. Systematic method of working and good ability to think strategically.

3b. Experience - Many years of practical experience in the management of comparable sales-orientated businesses and proof of success in the professional and personal management of staff- Many years of experience in the sale of products requiring explanatory support, preferably in the air conditioning and ventilation industry and in project business with industry customers- Knowledge and experience in the communication and mode of practice in companies with international holdings- Experience in dealing with governmental organisations and institutions- Written and spoken knowledge of English- Very good knowledge of the industry- Knowledge of the country-specific employment laws
