Job Description :

The role involves managing the repair and maintenance of tools ensuring high-quality service and technical support to customers. The position requires a technically minded individual who can confidently interact with clients provide expert advice and oversee the entire repair process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized professional and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements :

• Communicate with customers regarding their tools needing repair
• Receive and book-in tool for repair on ERP system
• Generate job cards
• Strip and quote
• Follow-up on go-aheads
• Pick spare parts for repair
• Repair tools
• Invoice repaired tools
• Arrange dispatch / collection of tools
• Handle all repair queries telephonically or in person
