If so, we want to hear from you!Reputable concern based in Cape Town has gone to market for a Health & Safety Officer on a permanent basis.What You'll Be Doing : Implementing and maintaining health & safety policies and procedures in line with OHSACT and FMCG industry standards.Conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance inspections.Investigating workplace incidents and ensuring corrective actions are in place.Training employees and promoting a strong safety-first culture.Ensuring the business meets all legal and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety.What We're Looking For : SAMTRAC certification (essential).3-5 years of Health & Safety experience in the FMCG industry.Strong understanding of occupational health & safety legislation and compliance.Experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Please note only suitable candidates will be contacted.
