Role Overview :

Join our client's team as a Tax Accountant / Bookkeeping professional and play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial records and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with clients and internal teams to support their financial success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy
• Prepare company financial statements and tax returns
• Assist in preparing client Business Activity Statements (BAS)
• Liaise effectively with clients to address financial queries and provide guidance
• Meet strict deadlines for financial reporting and compliance
• Utilise Xero and / or MYOB software (or similar) for accounting tasks
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes
