Job Description : Account Manager (Remote South Africa Preferred)

About the Role :

We are hiring a remote Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role is focused on maintaining clear professional communication coordinating internally and supporting the success of digital advertising campaigns. A background in marketing is helpful but not essential - we re open to sharp fast learners with strong people skills.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal team
• Provide timely and articulate responses to client inquiries
• Join occasional video calls with clients
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Coordinate with the team to ensure client needs are communicated and met
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
• Show leadership potential with the opportunity to grow into a management role
