Lexdan Select is assisting a Manufacturing company with their search for an Executive Supply Chain Manager, based in the East Rand of Johannesburg.

The salary range on offer is between R1.4m - R1.9m p / a + bonus.

Functions

Designing and implementing integrated, multi-site supply chain strategies
Responsible for managing procurement and suppliers.
Spearhead digital transformation and process optimization programs to accelerate operational excellence.
Cultivating collaborative, high-performance teams while driving decisions with strong commercial and financial acumen.

Requirements

Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years experience managing procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and planning within an industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural environment.

Demonstrated success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
