Role Description
The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and overall success. This contract position is a hybrid role based in the London area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, ensuring their goals are met, addressing their concerns promptly, and implementing strategies to optimise customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborating across teams, the role will also involve analysing customer data to identify growth opportunities and support the seamless delivery of Amazon marketing services.
