KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new business opportunities and secure advertising contracts with clients across digital media platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct needs analysis with clients to understand marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
- Work closely with the marketing, production, and design teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging media technologies.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12 (essential).Tertiary qualification in Sales Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business (advantageous).Minimum 23 years experience in salesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Valid drivers licence and own reliable transpor tStrong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.Results-driven with strong business acumen.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good understanding of digital marketing and media trends.Proficiency in MS Office.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

RUMUNERATION
Commission only during probation & training period thereafter R10,000 (Basic) + Commission
