Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process within the UK education sector
• Drive new business through high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Confidently engage with gatekeepers and secure conversations with senior decision-makers
• Build long-term relationships with schools, academies, colleges, and trusts
• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across various education roles
• Maintain and grow a strong client and candidate pipeline using CRM and job platforms
• Meet and exceed business development and placement targets
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to support the growth of a new recruitment venture
