Junior Front Of House Manager

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Junior Front of House Manager, based in Cape Town.

The Junior Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high‑quality customer service, manage communication with guests, handle food and beverage services, and assist in training staff.

They will also be involved in sales activities to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage service and management
• Skills in Training and staff management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management position in hospitality or a restaurant environment
• Experience managing customer complaints and managing restaurant bookings
• Must be located within commuting distance to Cape Town (local applicants only)
• License / Certification : Work Permit or identity number
