Production Manager

This hands-on leadership role requires residency in Port Elizabeth or nearby areas and extensive experience in injection moulding. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end production efficiency, compliance, and team leadership, ensuring that output, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills

• Must reside in Port Elizabeth or the surrounding areas
• Minimum 5 years experience in injection moulding machine setting and optimisation
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Production, or related field
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; database / reporting systems advantageous
• Understanding of QMS, EMS, ISO 9001 : 2015, and production KPIs
• South African citizen with a valid Code 08 drivers licence
