Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

Experience : 8+ years

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD, with at least 2+ years in S / 4HANA support or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, ATP, Outputs, and Returns processes.
• Hands-on experience with change management (transport management) and managing multiple change requests in a production environment.
• Ability to debug and understand ABAP logic (functional debugging).
• Familiarity with interface monitoring (IDocs, EDI, RFCs, Proxies).
• Good documentation skills for user manuals, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in a multi-vendor or offshore-onsite model.
