Senior Project Manager

PBT Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex and high-impact projects within a dynamic financial services environment. The successful candidates will provide strategic direction, ensure governance and control, and oversee project execution from initiation to closure. This includes managing budgets, resources, timelines, and stakeholder relationships across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project plans, budgets, and resourcing strategies.
• Apply strong governance and change management principles throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, providing clear communication and progress updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Drive adoption of best practices in project delivery and continuous improvement.
