Job description? Lead or support user research activities including interviews, surveys, and data analysis. ? Develop user personas, journey maps, task flows, and other UX artifacts. ? Design intuitive information architectures and low-to-high fidelity wireframes. ? Create visually stunning and user-friendly UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, ? Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the design vision is effectively ? Present design solutions to internal and external stakeholders and iterate based on ? Build or manage a design system when required to ensure design consistency. ? Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent. ? Strong grasp of UX strategy, including persona creation, journey mapping, and ? Hands-on experience with user research ? A strong eye for UI / visual design and attention to detail. ? Experience with prototyping, usability testing, and feedback incorporation. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate design rationale
