IntroductionOur company within the Temporary Employment Services industry is looking for a passionate and reliable Site Supervisor.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe successful incumbent's duties would include but would not be limited to the below : Workforce ManagementService DeliveryConsistent discipline of workforce and Administration thereofAssist in training of new employeesManage of workforce attendanceMeet the staff requirementsManage the workforce to the client's satisfaction and expectationLeave administration of workforceReport to management daily before the end of the shiftManagement of all driver's licences and PRDP'sManagement of all forklift licences and certificatesStaff Data ManagementProcess MaintenanceDesired Experience & QualificationMinimum of at least 3 years' experience in a similar role with the core focus of managing of at least 20 employeesGrade 12 or any qualification equivalent theretoRelevant computer software and skills (Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook)Familiar with the fresh produce operations
