Job descriptionBachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail distribution is advantageous. Must hold a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and driver performance to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage third-party transport providers and driver development programs.
- Ensure accurate route sheets, invoicing, and daily pallet reconciliations.
- Coordinate timely dispatch of orders and monitor warehouse readiness.
- Maintain stock integrity and manage customer collections efficiently.
- Track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, fleet, and site procedures.
- Implement sustainability, real-time tracking, and cost-efficiency measures.
- Other relevant duties.
