ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is desirable but not essentialITIL certification in service management foundation level (or related equivalent qualification) is desirable but not essentialExperience configuring solutions to support service managementSome experience working within an agile development teamRequirements capture and analysis experienceExperience analysis and configuring service management platforms including IT service management, customer service management, governance, risk and compliance and IT business management.ICT jobs
