We are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead technical operations and ensure the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. Based in Abu Dhabi , this role will focus on driving innovation, maintaining quality standards, and managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project specifications.
• Oversee design reviews, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations for offshore and dredging projects.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Validate engineering solutions for efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and procurement teams to align engineering deliverables with overall project goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement quality assurance processes for engineering outputs.
• Manage engineering budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and best practices in engineering processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate advanced tools and methodologies into projects.
