Responsibilities :
- Liaise with sponsors, volunteers, and donors, managing volunteer rosters, thank-you letters, and other communications
- Assist in planning, logistics, and resource management for events (e.g. uniform and stationery functions) and initiatives
- Support the Communications Manager to ensure social media content is effective and assist in photo storage and selection
- Coordinate repairs, maintain service provider records, manage supplies, and organize donations
- Submit legal and tax requirements, maintain organisational records, and handle general administration tasks
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, though relevant experience will be consideredPrevious administrative experience is essentialStrong organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word is requiredExperience with Canva would be idealHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage deadline.A valid driver’s license is essential, preferably with access to your own vehicleIf you're passionate about supporting a cause and have the skills and experience to contribute to a thriving non-profit environment, we would love to hear from you!
