Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?The key purpose of this role is to safely operate and maintain defined packaging equipment and related processes in order to achieve optimal effectiveness.Key Roles and Responsibilities : Operating equipment and managing associated processes & performance in packagingInterpreting and implementing production plan for shiftOperating manual and automatic machines on line as per standardsEnsuring process quality and productivityEnsuring hygiene and food safety compliancePerforming administrative work such as tracking and monitoring of processes and taking action when requiredManaging PIMS & POMS and taking corrective action on negative trendsUsing OFR's (As per triggers)Contributing towards AB reports as requiredEnsuring and maintaining a safe and healthy work environmentMinimum Requirements : Grade 12Training : Min 9 months on the job training and having completed SKAP within 12 monthsExperience within a Packaging FMCG industryAdditional Information : BAND : XISAB / ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB / ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
