About the Role We're looking for a Google Ads expert — not a generalist marketer.

This role calls for someone who lives and breathes paid search, knows how to outmanoeuvre competitors in real-time auctions, and is constantly refining strategies to win in a highly competitive market.

You'll be working within the debt consolidation and financial services space — an environment where every click counts, and only the sharpest campaigns succeed. The goal : connect people who need help managing their debt with the right solutions, faster and more effectively than anyone else.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and continuously optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyse search data, identify patterns, and pivot strategies to outperform competitors.
• Own the end-to-end paid search strategy — from keyword selection to conversion optimisation.
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm changes and competitor trends to keep campaigns one step ahead.
• Test relentlessly — new ad formats, bidding strategies, and messaging variations — to improve performance.
