Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets in assigned region
Drive Key Account business strategy
Implement Store call cycle
Report on key KPI’s on customer record keeping system (C4C) and provide monthly updates to Key Account Managers
Manage store accounts through accurate promotional compliance recording
Assist store staff to merchandise Hill’s retail section and keep them informed on training material, promotional activity, and product launches as agreed by Key Account Managers

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Valid driver's license

Experience in Pet Retail stores is an advantage
