Area Sales Manager (Heavy Machinery)

Zoomlion South Africa is looking for an experienced Area Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Responsibilities

• Planning, directing, and implementing sales, profit, and strategic objectives
• Managing and directing the team
• Setting standards and objectives for staff and different departments
• Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
• Lead a team of consultants towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure the company is profitable and stays within budget
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Report to senior executives on progress and management issues
