CRM Management & Integration : Proven experience with Salesforce CRM. You understand how to sync data, manage lead flows, and bridge the gap between marketing and sales
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing : A track record of designing and executing high-performing email campaigns that convert. You know how to segment, personalize, and automate for maximum engagement
Data Analytics & Performance : You don't just run reports; you derive meaning from them. You're skilled with Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools to track MQLs, SQLs, and campaign ROI
Testing & Optimization : You are methodical in your approach to A / B testing for emails, landing pages, and lead capture forms to continuously improve results
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable) :
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a dedicated marketing automation or MarTech role
Concrete examples of automation workflows you have built and managed
Solid understanding of digital marketing compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
